10. Can I resell or purchase an Accessibility Ticket on the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform?

  • Yes. The original ticket purchaser/s can access the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform to make Accessibility Tickets available for resale subject to the applicable conditions stated in the General Public Ticket Resale Policy available at FIFA.com/tickets.

  • Please note that if the Accessibility Ticket is successfully resold, the associated companion ticket (if applicable) will cease to exist.

  • If a ticket for a companion is not included in the purchase, then the resale ticket purchaser must contact FIFA AUS/NZL via the contact form, alternatively you can also contact our agents through the following phone numbers:
