- The original ticket purchaser will be allowed to define the price at which a ticket is resold on the Resale Platform in accordance with the following principles:
- The resale price may not be lower than 15% of the original face value of the ticket; and
- The resale price may not exceed 110% of the original face value of the ticket.
-
Please note that the original face value of a ticket is the price listed in the ticket prices table available in FIFA.com/tickets.
-
Let’s look at an example: You bought a ticket for a group stage match on the FIFA Official Resale Platform for 33 AUD/NZD. However, this ticket is listed in the ticket prices table at 30 AUD/NZD which is the original face value of this ticket.
-
If you can no longer attend the match, you can submit this ticket for resale on the FIFA Official Resale Platform at a price of your choice between 4.5 AUD/NZD (i.e. 15% of the ticket face value of 30 AUD/NZD) and 33 AUD/NZD (110% of the ticket face value of 30 AUD/NZD).
-
Please remember: Always check the ticket prices table at FIFA.com/tickets to compare the price at which you are buying or reselling in the FIFA Official Resale Platform.
