4. Where can I download the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ mobile ticketing app?
Updated
As of 26 June 2023, the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ mobile ticketing app is available for download on Apple Store and Google Play Store under the name “FIFA Women’s World Cup Tickets”. The App is free of charge. Any other mobile operating systems are not supported, and ticket holders must be at least 16 years of age to register for the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ mobile ticketing app.
If you have an incompatible phone, please contact our Customer Care team via the contact form.
Before going to the stadium, you should ensure that you have your mobile fully charged, and your app notifications activated. Once you arrive at the stadium, open the FIFA Women’s World Cup Tickets app. For security reasons, tickets will be activated automatically prior to the gates opening; a QR code will be displayed on the mobile ticket. Please note that ticket activation should be expected close to the gates opening time, and not before then. Finally, scan your mobile ticket at the entrance and make your way to a seat.
FIFA AUS/NZL will inform you once your mobile ticket(s) are ready to be downloaded.
Please note that, if you purchased a package including second round matches, you will receive your tickets for these matches once the teams that will play at that round of the tournament will be known.
