17. I have sent a ticket to the wrong person/email address; can I cancel the sending of a ticket to a guest?

The ticket purchaser can cancel only the sending of tickets that are still on pending status. To proceed, enter on the “Pending” section of “Sent/received ticket(s)” part of the main menu of your Official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ mobile ticketing app account.
However, once the ticket(s) has been successfully sent and downloaded by the other counterpart (the guest), the ticket(s) will disappear from this list and appear in the “History” section of the “Sent/received ticket(s)” part of the main menu. Since this moment the sending can’t be cancelled.
