18. What if the guest I sent a ticket to can no longer attend a match?
If a guest can no longer attend the match for which the ticket(s) refer, this guest can send the ticket(s) back to the ticket purchaser that sent the tickets to them in the first place. To do so, the guest must click on "Return ticket" and follow the application steps as indicated. Please note that guests cannot send their ticket(s) to any other person than the ticket purchaser that provided the ticket(s) to them.
Once the ticket(s) is back on the phone of the ticket purchaser, she/he can either keep the ticket(s) on her/his mobile phone or "Send your ticket(s)" to a new guest.
If the ticket purchaser chooses not to send the ticket(s) to their guest(s) mobile phones, on the day of the match(es), they will have to enter the stadium together.
