9. My Preferred Ticket Category shows Currently Unavailable

  • If your preferred price category is showing "Currently unavailable" when you go to select your quantity of tickets, this means the available inventory of tickets for this specific price category has been sold.

  • To secure your seat we recommend choosing another price category

  • If your preferred match is not available to click and is showing "Currently unavailable" this means the available inventory of single match passes have been sold. Make sure you opt in for FIFA emails in your Account Settings Profile to ensure you don't miss when additional tickets may become available.
  • Additional tickets may be made available in the future and we encourage you to check back later.
