4. What happens with my ticket purchase after its completed?

  • During all Sales Phases, fans may purchase tickets at any time (subject to availability) throughout the respective sales period, with earlier purchases given preference and having a better chance of success than later purchases.

  • Ticket purchases are processed as real-time transactions, meaning fans will receive immediate confirmation of their success in purchasing tickets.

  • Please note that fans will not receive tickets upon successful ticket purchases during the First and Second Sales phase- these will be received closer to the event, through the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ Ticketing App.

  • Tickets purchased during the Last-Minute Sales Phase will also be processed on a first come, first served basis with fans receiving a ticket confirmation email, which will include ticket details, but tickets will not be available for download until closer to the event through the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ Ticketing App.
