3. Can I cancel my purchase and return my ticket(s) if I do not like the location of my seat or if I am not assigned a seat adjacent to my guests?

  • No. As each of the sale phases are being sold on a First Come, First Served basis, FIFA Ticketing will not be able to provide a refund if you are unhappy about the location of the seats or if you aren’t assigned seats adjacent to your guests.
