- During the Last Minute Sales Phase, our seating functionality ensures that the best seats available at your ticket selection are automatically allocated to you in your chosen category. Once the tickets are selected and added to the cart, fans can click “Modify your seat” to change the locations the system has automatically picked for their chosen category. An interactive map will show all seats available in the category of their choice at the time of ticket selection. When possible, we advise fans to select contiguous seats. After the ticket purchase has been completed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the allocated seats.
- This ability to “Modify your seat” is available when purchasing tickets through a desktop computer. It may not be available during certain periods; for example, during periods of high ticket demand.
Please note that due to the high-ticket demand for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ second round matches, the “Modify your seat” seating functionality is not planned to be available. In such a case, the system will automatically allocate the best seats available at the moment of your ticket selection in your chosen category. If you choose to modify your seats, then FIFA ticketing holds no responsibility for the seats selected being the best available.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you purchase your tickets during the Last Minute Sales Phase, you will be assigned your seats, and you can modify them, during the ticket purchasing process; you cannot change or re-allocate seats after the purchase is concluded.
When purchasing tickets for a match in your desired category, we recommend selecting all tickets at once and adding them to your cart together. It will increase the chances of having the seats allocated contiguously.
- When purchasing Accessibility Tickets and choosing where the seats will be located through the "Modify your seat" option, please be aware that we will include a companion ticket for each accessibility ticket purchased at a later stage. Companion tickets are not automatically added to accessibility tickets when these are purchased. Please notify us if an accessibility ticket holder does not require a companion to attend the match(es) by using our contact form.
