6. I have not received any communication from FIFA Ticketing. Why not?

If you do not receive a ticket confirmation email or any other notification from FIFA Ticketing despite completing a successful ticket order, please check your spam or junk email folder. You may also add noreply@tickets.fifa.org to your list of permitted email addresses under your contacts prior to registration.
If you still cannot find a notification, it is possible that you entered another or incorrect email address in your ticket purchase.
Ticket purchasers can also check the status of their bought tickets in their ticketing account at FIFA.com/tickets, except during pre-planned maintenance windows.
