- In each stadium and across all matches, a dedicated allocation of tickets available for purchase (subject to availability) by people with disability and/or people with limited mobility.
- These Accessibility Tickets (ATs) are offered in three types:

- Available to users of wheelchairs and mobility scooters designed for the transportation of people with a disability and people with limited mobility. Please note that such users must bring their own manual or electric wheelchairs as they will not be provided at the stadium.
- Spectators with a Wheelchair User ticket will be permitted to enter the stadium with a manual or electric wheelchair or a mobility scooter.
- Wheelchair User Place Ticket Holders will use different forms of wheelchairs and mobility scooters to meet particular accessibility needs. However, for safety and security reasons, once within the Stadium, certain restrictions may apply. If a Wheelchair User Place Ticket Holders’ manual or electric wheelchair or mobility scooter exceeds three or four wheels, a maximum width of 70 centimetres and length of 130 centimetres, a maximum turning radius of 90 centimetres and turning width of 150 centimetres, and a maximum speed of 6 kilometres per hour, please contact Ticketing to ensure we can reasonably try to accommodate your accessibility needs.

- This type of seat is available for people with a disability or people with limited mobility who do not use wheelchairs but may be unable to bend their knees or need more room to access their seat, using a walking aid or crutches. Amenity seats also provide extra space for people with a disability who require assistance dogs. Whenever possible, these seats have minimal step access.

- Tickets for people with a disability or people with limited mobility who do not need a wheelchair user place but require seating with minimal step access that is close to accessible amenities (e.g., accessible toilets).

- Successful Accessibility Ticket purchasers for Accessibility Tickets in the types “Wheelchair User”, “Easy Access Standard” and “Easy Access Amenity” will be offered one additional ticket at no charge for a companion to assist and accompany them at the match.
- The companion must be able to provide all necessary assistance to the Accessibility Ticket holder.
- The companion will be seated as close as possible to the Accessibility Ticket holder; however, the exact location of the extra seat cannot be guaranteed. Please note FIFA Ticketing will make best effort but cannot ensure that the seat for the companion will be immediately adjacent to that of the Accessibility Ticket holder.
- All Accessibility Tickets may be purchased using the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ online ticketing portal (subject to availability).
- All accessible seating is available at the category 3 prices across all Single Match Passes and within the Ticket Packages.
- Please be respectful to other fans and only purchase these tickets if you truly require them. If FIFA AU/NZ determines at any time that the Accessibility Ticket Holder is unable to demonstrate a genuine need for the relevant Accessibility Ticket, FIFA AUS/NZL may cancel the Accessibility Ticket without notice (and consequently any associated Companion Ticket) or require the Accessibility Ticket Holder (and any associated Companion) to move to a different seating location.
