7. Can I upgrade my child tickets to adult tickets?

  • Yes, for Single Match Passes, you can upgrade your child tickets to adult tickets directly through your FIFA ticketing account by following the steps below:

      • Log in to your FIFA ticketing account.
      • Click on your name in the top menu.
      • Scroll down to the section "Exchange ticket(s)” on the right-side menu.
      • Your child ticket(s) will be presented on a match per match basis.
      • Tick the child ticket(s) that you would like to upgrade to adult ticket(s) and click on “EXCHANGE TICKET(S)”, then click on “ADD TO CART FOR EXCHANGE”.
      • A new page will load, click on “EXCHANGE NOW” and a summary of the ticket(s) exchange will be provided to you.
      • To proceed with the exchange read and accept our legal terms and click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.
