12. What are the restrictions placed on flagpoles?

  • Small flagpoles or banner poles (single or double) are permitted, provided they are made from flexible non-flammable material and do not exceed 1m in length by 1cm in diameter.

  • All other flagpoles or banner poles must be approved in advance by the event organisers.

  • Requests can be made here and must be placed at least 48 hours before the kick-off to the match.

  • Permitted flags, banners or posters used with poles must never obstruct the view of other spectators or otherwise interfere with the safety, enjoyment or comfort of anybody in the stadium.
